Packing Series - The Small Box
We all know moving day is extremely stressful! Effective packing and preparation prior to your moving day can reduce moving time, prevent damage and allow for a smoother move. This is part 1 of a series of postings that will discuss how to properly use moving supplies.
1.5-2 Cubic Foot Boxes
This small but versatile box is great for packing heavy items such as books, photo albums, magazines, office supplies, CD’s, DVD’s, tools, nick-knacks, collectibles, shop tools, small kitchen appliances and cookware, children’s toys etc.
*TIP* Try and avoid packing anything real fragile in a small box like this. Anything fragile should be placed in a box large enough where it can float in the box (floating - item is cushioned all around by wadded newsprint or some other kind of protector).
